Lou and Valerie made the whole process of making the film extremely easy and stress-free and I was delighted with the results. I had been quite nervous about seeing myself on film, but I thought the film was really well-made and edited to give a very strong and succinct message. We have had a number of very positive comments since we put the film on our website; the general feedback is that it is very high quality and tells an engaging story about who we are and what we do. Now that we have a great video on our website, it has really inspired us to develop the site further with more news and visual content. We’ve also now taken the step towards social networking; the video makes a great calling card
