WAR WOMEN

Lou Hamilton’s film War Women was commissioned by Wilts County Council, North Wilts District Council and Swindon Borough Council as an exploration of the relationship of women to war over the last 300 years.

The film’s imagery is interwoven with interviews by three women from the Second World War, a woman war correspondent, a woman soldier, a military historian, and a human right’s lawyer.
